Who we are

Our casino runs under licence No. 00973, which the Kahnawake Gaming Commission issued to Green Cari Marketing LLC. That firm, entered in the Nevis register under number L19985, runs North Casino.

Who can play

You must be 18 or older, or the older age set where you live, to open an account. You may only play from a place where online gambling is allowed, and it is your own job to know the rules that apply to you. We ask every visitor to confirm that they are using North Casino from outside Australia. Residents of a number of countries cannot register at all.

Your account

Every player can hold one account only, and the e-mail address you register with cannot be changed later. Keep your details up to date. Opening extra accounts can lead to all of them being closed and payouts being cancelled. We may ask for proof of age and limit access to anyone who does not meet the age rule.

Deposits

You pay in only with methods registered in your own name. Payments from another person are not allowed, and if we find one, winnings are taken and the deposit goes back to its owner. The smallest deposit is $20 or the same amount in your currency, and the largest depends on the method you choose.

Withdrawals

The smallest cashout request is $100. Each deposit has to be played through three times before the money from it can be withdrawn. We may ask for photo ID, proof of address and proof that the payment method is yours before we pay. Payouts are limited to $5,000 a week and $10,000 a month unless a promotion says otherwise, and VIP members may get higher limits. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.

Bonuses

Every bonus follows our bonus terms and the rules of its own offer. Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering is complete, and trying to gain an unfair advantage from offers can void bonuses and the winnings from them.

Inactive accounts

An account with no login for 12 months in a row becomes dormant. We try to reach you by e-mail first and give you 30 days to log in. A monthly fee applies to dormant accounts that still hold money, and you can withdraw your balance at any time.

Complaints

Contact our support team first. If you are not happy with our answer, you can send a written complaint to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission that names you clearly and explains the steps already taken.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes or fees on your winnings where you live.
