Personal limits

In the Personal Limits section of your account you can set deposit, loss and wager limits per day, per week or per month. Raising a deposit, loss or wager limit takes effect after 24 hours. Setting a deposit limit of zero starts a six-month cooling-off period that cannot be cancelled. Deposit limits do not work on crypto-processing deposits, so use another method if you want a limit.

Cooling-off and self-exclusion

A cooling-off period stops deposits and offers for the time you choose and ends on its own. Self-exclusion closes your account for the chosen period and blocks deposits and withdrawals, and to get your remaining balance you contact our support team. For a permanent break you can send us a self-exclusion request form with your ID.

Session limits

A session limit sets how long you can play. When the time is up, you are logged out automatically.

Age

Only people aged 18 and over can play at North Casino, and we may ask for proof of age at any time.
